A Summer of Yoga

Jane in her happy place during the summer months: the deck outside her yoga studio in Spelsbury

The warm weather invites us to practise yoga outside and explore a deeper connection with nature. Feel the breezes, notice the contact with the earth and be soothed by the presence of trees and greenery. Try it!

Jane’s regular timetable of classes will pause for August, but there are workshops with other teachers and longer classes to look forward to over the summer. See below for full details and how to sign up.

Last weekly classes are 22, 23 and July. Classes resume the week of 2 September. Look forward to seeing you then!
